Since its inception in 1883, Orient Express has epitomized elegance and luxury in travel. Additionally, the brand is set to launch its first Orient Express sailing ship in 2026, with construction underway at Chantiers de l’Atlantique in France.

As part of the partnership, LVMH has made a strategic investment in Orient Express, leveraging its extensive experience in luxury hospitality to enhance the brand’s future offerings. With renowned hotel brands like Cheval Blanc and Belmond under its umbrella, LVMH brings a wealth of expertise in managing luxury properties, including the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and other luxury trains worldwide.

Bernard Arnault, chairman and CEO of LVMH, emphasized the collaboration’s focus on elevating Orient Express to new heights in the hospitality industry. Accor’s impressive portfolio of high-end hotel brands such as Raffles and Fairmont complements this vision, reflecting a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and culinary delights.

Accor’s vision for Orient Express goes beyond traditional travel; it aims to redefine travel, discovery, and grand adventures. With the combined strengths of LVMH and Accor, travelers can anticipate an extraordinary and unforgettable journey aboard the Orient Express.
