President of Celebrity Cruises, Laura Hodges Bethge, anticipates that the ship will redefine travelers’ expectations with its cutting-edge design and immersive offerings, building upon the success of its acclaimed predecessors, Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Apex, and Celebrity Beyond.
A highlight of the Celebrity Ascent is the refreshed rendition of chef Daniel Boulud’s acclaimed restaurant, Le Voyage. Following the resounding success of its debut on Celebrity Beyond, Le Voyage on Ascent promises a culinary journey like no other, with a reimagined design by the renowned KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group. Additionally, guests can indulge in an upgraded Martini Bar experience, featuring a curated menu of low-sugar options and cocktails infused with exotic flavors such as lychee and passion fruit.
Innovative culinary experiences await onboard the Celebrity Ascent, including a plant-based tasting menu at Eden Restaurant accompanied by vegan wine pairings. Moreover, AquaClass guests can enjoy alfresco dining at Blu, a health-focused restaurant offering lighter fare. Catering to wellness-oriented travelers, AquaClass provides dedicated spa programs, amenities, and specialty suites, ensuring a rejuvenating and nourishing experience at sea.
